How to refer
Call or email us, or use our contact form and choose "I'm a referring professional."
- Share the client's or family's contact details and the type of help needed. Please don't send medical records by email.
- We'll contact the family promptly to talk through needs and next steps.
- With the family's permission, we'll keep you updated on the referral.
