Help clients with bathing, dressing, mobility, meals, light housekeeping and companionship in their homes.
Qualifications
- PCA certificate or CNA certification
- Experience with personal care preferred
- Ability to assist with transfers safely
Companion & Homemaker
Provide friendly companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, shopping and errands.
Qualifications
- Warm, patient and reliable
- Experience caring for others, paid or unpaid
- Reliable transportation preferred
Office & Administrative Staff
Support scheduling, client and caregiver communication, records and day-to-day office operations.
Qualifications
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Comfort with computers and scheduling tools
- Commitment to confidentiality
What all roles need
- Age 18 or older, legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- CPR and first aid certification, or willingness to obtain it
- Respect for client privacy and dignity
Training and orientation
Before your first visit, orientation covers confidentiality, client rights, recognizing and reporting abuse, emergency preparedness, infection control, cultural awareness and the duties of your role. Training continues throughout your time with us.
